Recalculate how many guests are booked on each tour slot and trip departure from actual bookings. Run this after importing bookings so the public calendar and trip pages show the right remaining capacity.
Runs automatically: any upcoming guest without a confirmation email is emailed when you open this dashboard (once/day), and new imports get confirmed in real-time. No action required.
📧 Email content
Edit the extra notes that appear in the booking confirmation email. Add services you'd like to recommend (boat tours, classes, partners). One block per recommendation — each block can have a name, link/contact, and a short description.
⏱ Email sequences
Configure when automated emails fire. The scheduler runs every 15 min and respects these settings. Disable a step to stop it firing without removing it.
🤖 Freemi Agent permissions
Control which actions Freemi can propose. Turning a category OFF means Freemi will explain it can't do it (rather than asking for confirmation).
